Each eScholar customer is assigned a dedicated Account Manager whose primary responsibility is long-term customer success and who is focused on representing their customer within the eScholar organization. The Account Manager is the single point of contact post-implementation and is actively involved throughout the relationship as a quality assurance agent on their customer’s behalf. Our account management professionals provide advisory services and solution assessments as well as business analysis services.
A PMP certified Project Manager leads each solution implementation project. Our projects range from complex and multi-phased to brief solution implementations. Our Project Managers apply eScholar’s proven, transparent and collaborative project management methodology to every project.
eScholar Professional Services helps you succeed with architecture design, solution planning, implementation, upgrade, migration, and other expert services across the full solution stack. Our expert staff delivers fully integrated solutions that also include customers’ preferred database and Business Intelligence platforms. Available optional services range from business requirements definitions and business analysis to data integration and data visualizations/reporting.
The Customer Support staff provides world-class support and technical assistance for all eScholar solutions. We provide support to dedicated state and local education agency staff and upon request to end users such as teachers, students and administrative staff. Our goal is to ensure that our customers are able to successfully deploy, use, maintain and fully leverage their eScholar solutions. This is accomplished through the focused, efficient and timely resolution of all reported incidents.
The eScholar U team provides professional development and training to educators, administrators, support staff and IT teams. Each team member leverages their experience in education, technology and data to develop and deliver relevant curriculum through a variety of channels. Professional development and training can be delivered via in-person sessions, targeted virtual training, job-embedded coaching and support, or via eScholar U Online, our Learning Management System, which meets the needs of anytime, anywhere professional development.
