Training Services

eScholar Customer Education designs, develops and delivers education that builds skills and capabilities for our customers, enabling them to maximize their eScholar investment. The combination of web-based training sessions along with hands-on classroom training, provides each user level with a wide range of opportunities to further their understanding of the specific eScholar products they have installed.

eScholar offers a variety of delivery formats to suit your needs. Our flexible education options build upon and complement one another to give you a cost effective, robust education offering. Our web podcasts are available for our customers so they can review and consume refresher courses as their time allows.

eScholar's dedicated team of individuals with data warehousing and K-12 expertise work with our customers to jointly determine the specific training requirements for their implementation.  The expected number of staff members and training hours will be identified during the eScholar Readiness Workshop™.  Recommended eScholar training sessions typically include: data submission, data administration, and report administration.  These classes can be conducted onsite or remotely using both a train-the-trainer and/or direct methods.  All handouts, course materials and exercises are licensed for unlimited use and reproduction in support of this project.

Training Approaches

Individual web-based training
If you have just a few business users to train, eScholar offers a training method delivered via the web. During this training method, users are engaged with our technical trainers for sessions that provide real world scenarios. The benefit of this training consumption is that the client can have their staff engage in the training course from numerous locations.

Instructor-led training
To accommodate your schedule, we can bring our training to your location and deliver the standard eScholar User’s course. To make sure your users receive the training they need, we can develop a custom training program tailored to your users' exact specifications.
