eScholar myTrack™ provides the ability for staff members to establish, track and manage individual interventions efficiently. Today’s school staff members sit in precarious positions. Faced with increasing numbers of students possessing diverse abilities, new accountability requirements and tight budgets, teachers, counselors, and other professional staff are being asked to do more now than ever before.

In identifying a small set of students that is accelerating ahead of the class in math, the teacher uses eScholar myTrack to set individual goals, identify best practices (based on results of millions of other student records), and develop a recommended strategy and timeframe. Teachers can then communicate with each of the necessary audiences, including administration, parents, as well as the individual students to engage them in the process of achieving each individual goal.
