December 6, 2006 (White Plains, NY) -- An eScholar Complete Data Warehouse™ proponent and user has been recognized by the Data Quality Campaign (DQC), a national initiative to improve the quality, accessibility and use of data in education. Dr. Terrence Young, Chief Information Officer of Guilford County Schools, Greensboro, NC has been named CIO of the Year by the DQC. Dr. Young supervises Technology, Assessment and Evaluation as well as Research and Student Services for the 109 school district.
