A community of dedicated educators, vendors and agencies has grown around the products of eScholar. With the common goal of improving the future for children, this community comes together in many ways. In addition to eScholar's world-class end-user support, we also support the community by hosting conferences, workshops, and other events.

Evaluation and Implementation
eScholar is sold through select partners, and is implemented primarily through school system information services staff and outside consultants.

eScholar Readiness Workshop
The first step in implementation is to hold an eScholar Readiness Workshop™. This 1 day, on-site workshop gathers key administrative and IS staff from your school system to determine the initial scope of data to be included, the location and condition of this data, and to assign responsibility for delivering uniform data to eScholar staging servers. While the time needed for implementation varies depending on the status of a district's data, eScholar can realistically be up and running within a district in 3 months.
